All volunteers need to sign up for a position and time shift.

Once assigned a position, you may be responsible for attending dance rehearsals or costume fittings.

For the day of the parade, you will need to arrive early to get dressed and into position. More details will follow.

All positions in the parade need to be at least 18+
Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

We’re looking for passionate, creative, and organized individuals. Roles include production assistants, costume coordinators, Outreach and Marketing staff, Project Managers, and day-of-event setup crews. If you love teamwork, community celebration, and making big events run smoothly, we’d love to have you on board!

Building the parade

Dedicated time for decorating, building, and striking the parade will be at Radford Studios from December 12-December 24 & post-production team December 26-28 to help put the float away in storage for next year.

We can’t do this without you!

We are looking for Float captains, Audio & Lighting Production Experts, Decorators, and more!
